Can we help with collection development?

Yes. If you are interested in developing and producing your brand, schedule a meeting with us.

Can you help me expand my clothing line and/or add more details to my designs?

Yes. The files we send (PDF and DXF) are editable. If you want us to transform the designs, contact us with project details and we will assist you.

Each style purchased from our site includes the following files:

  • An illustration of the design
  • A 2D sketch (front & back)
  • Patterns and specifications. Sizes include XS to XL for women and S to XL for men.
  • Technical datasheet of the garment.

Will the pattern I buy fit any fabric?

All fabrics have unique qualities and subsequently, drape differently. Common factors that influence the fit, weight, and elasticity of the fabric. We always keep this in mind, making sure to suggest the most suitable fabrics.

Can I produce a product directly from the patterns I purchase?

The fabric you choose is essential. Before proceeding to production, make sure to test the files we send you with the fabric of your choice. We also send you our recommendations for which fabric(s) to use with your pattern.

What sizing is included?

Our patterns include the following sizes: extra small (XS), small (S), medium (M), large (L) and extra-large (XL).

Are returns allowed on technical packages?

No. Once the files have been sent, you will not be able to request a refund or an exchange. Files are only sent once, so it is recommended to save the files as soon as you receive them.

How will you send me the files?

Files are sent in a zipped folder within 24hrs during working weekdays, from the time of purchase.

Will I receive anything in a physical format?

All files will be sent digitally after purchase. If you would like us to print your patterns, our printing services are sold separately. For printing, please send us an email with your requirements, and we will contact you as soon as possible.

How long can I rent the showroom?

The showroom can be rented either by the hour or by the day. Whatever amount of rental time you are looking for, we have many packages available to suit your needs.

What is included in the showroom rental?

The showroom rental includes:

● Audiovisual equipment

● Furniture (table, chairs, racks)

● Bathroom/Shower room

● Full kitchen

● Wi-Fi connection

●Disability/accessibility accommodations

● Freight elevator

● Large loading/unloading area on the ground floor

What is included in the photo studio rental?

The photo studio rental includes:

● 3m high ceilings

● Air-conditioning

● Cyclorama (white background stock, for a specific colour there is an additional charge)

● Make-up station

● Kitchen/break area

● Umbrellas

● Light softeners & flash

● Production bathroom (bathtub)

● Bathroom with shower

● Wi-Fi

● Disability/accessibility accommodations

● Freight elevator and large

loading/unloading area on the ground floor

How long can the photo studio be rented?

The studio can be rented by the hour, with a three-hour minimum. We offer promotional packs of 4, 8, and 15 hours.

May I hire a lunch service or coffee break?

Yes. Contact us and we will help you plan the specifics.

How can I check studio availability?

Availability can be checked through the reservation calendar on the Showroom or Photo Studio page.

When do rental hours begin?

Studio rental hours begin at the agreed-upon start time and finish promptly at the agreed-upon end time. For best use of your time, please ensure to arrive promptly, as the session will end regardless of whether the client or team is finished.

Does a foreign company also have to pay VAT?

Since this is a rental space registered in Spain, the VAT for the space rental must be paid regardless of the origin of the end customer.

Is Cleaning included in the studio rental?

Only basic final cleaning is included. Therefore, the client is responsible for most of the cleaning during their time in the studio. This includes the elimination of all small and/or difficult to clean materials (confetti, haircuts, feathers, food products, body paint, etc.), in addition to all debris and garbage bags, inclusive of all used areas.

After using the studio, how should the space present itself?

The rented space must be left in the same condition in which it was found at the beginning of the contracted hours. It is recommended that clients take photos before modifying the space so that it is delivered the same as they found it.

Can I start my clothing brand from scratch?

Absolutely! At AVDG Creative Studio, our staff is highly qualified in all phases of designing and producing a clothing line. We assist you with the design, pattern making, samples, fabric and trimming choices, cutting, and sewing of garments, and branding; everything you need for your brand to grow.

What is included in our consulting service?

This service includes the development of the creative brief for your collection, advice on fabrics and trimmings, production line advice, labeling, and all graphic components.

Can you connect me with fabric suppliers?

Yes. Our Sourcing Department offers an extensive international network of suppliers. We have regular contact with suppliers in Spain, Portugal, Turkey, India, China, Egypt, and Italy. This is a service that is included on our Full Development Packages.

What aspects of the design can you help me with?

Our Design Department will help you completely develop your collection idea. We draw in 2D and 3D, create mood boards, illustrate and design prints for your fabrics, pattern making, and cutting and sewing of your garments.

What is included in the Development service?

Based on your creative vision, we create a 2D or 3D design. After completing the 2D design, we develop the patterns based on your designs, and any necessary adjustments are made using our professional forms. Once we are satisfied with the fit, we produce the physical sample. If you opt for the 3D process, once the 3D design has been digitally tested, a production sample is made as a physical pattern is not required.

Do you work with Limited Edition or small productions?

We specialize in limited edition productions. If you want to expand your product line or make a capsule collection, we are your ideal partners.

What services work with branding?

Our marketing department can assist with content creation (blog, social media), events and fashion show organization, packaging, printing (brochures, dossiers), and look book development.

How do I pay for services that are not found on the page?

We have different payment methods to make your payment options easier. You can make a payment through credit card, or PayPal.

Is web payment secure?

Payments can be made through PayPal or credit card platforms, so your payment is always safe and secure.

Do I have to send personal information to make the payment?

No further information is required other than the basic information required by each payment method.

Can I request an Invoice?

Absolutely. To obtain a private invoice or in your company’s name, send us an email or complete the contact form indicating your purchase locator and the information required for preparing an invoice.
