We guide each project from concept to final production through a structured and considered process, ensuring precision, quality, and clarity at every stage.
CONSULTATION
Every project begins with a paid consultation to define your vision and technical requirements.
We review your ideas, discuss construction, and present suitable fabrics and trims, establishing a clear development direction.
DESIGN SUBMISSION
You provide your design references—such as sketches, images, samples, or tech packs—allowing us to accurately assess your project.
QUOTATION
Based on your requirements, we issue a tailored quotation outlining costs for development and production.
Valid for one month.
PATTERN DEVELOPMENT
We create precise patterns and technical specifications based on your approved design.
2–3 weeks
FIRST SAMPLE
Your first sample is developed in real fabric, allowing accurate evaluation of fit, structure, and construction.
AVDG does not produce toiles, unless otherwise specified during the consultation phase.
1–2 weeks
FITTING
A fitting session is conducted to refine the garment. Adjustments are applied to achieve the intended silhouette and balance.
PRODUCTION SAMPLE
A final sample is produced using approved fabrics and trims, setting the standard for bulk production.
1–3 weeks
GRADING
Patterns are graded using either your specifications or AVDG’s recommended system.
1–2 weeks
FABRIC & TRIMS
We coordinate sourcing of bulk materials if required. Lead times vary depending on suppliers.
PRODUCTION
Garments are produced in our Barcelona atelier, ensuring consistency and quality throughout.
4–12 weeks depending on order size and complexity
